Gili BB is a registered business based in Indonesia, specialising in handcrafted home décor inspired by Indonesian craftsmanship.
Our collections are carefully selected and created using natural materials and traditional techniques.
2. Products
Every Gili B&B piece is handcrafted.
Because our products are made using natural materials such as shells, batik fabrics and natural fibres, slight variations in colour, size, texture or finish may occur. These differences are part of the unique character of each item and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are shown in US Dollars (USD).
Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout according to your destination.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges required by their country.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, payment issues, unavailable products or suspected fraudulent activity.
If we need to cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
We currently accept secure payments via Stripe and PayPal.
Customers visiting our boutique on Gili Air may also choose our Click & Collect service, allowing orders placed online to be collected directly from our store.
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

We proudly ship our handcrafted collections worldwide.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds

8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photographs of the damaged product, the packaging, the shipping label.
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

All photographs, logos, designs, texts and other content published on this website remain the property of Gili B&B unless otherwise stated.
